The product is not fit for purpose - its incredibly small that a 18 month year old couldn't sit on it - it doesn't hold its shape either and oddly the base is not flat so when my daughter tries to sit down on it, she just keeps falling to one side. I tried to return it and the seller asks for photos (twice) which I did and they just refused to assist with returning. Therefore I am now returning this at my own cost and buying a better one which isn't useless. I buy a lot from amazon and always find it disappointing when a seller has no interest in listening to the buyers concerns. Very dismissive and some of the other reviews do reflect the poor quality but always felt sometimes they can be too critical. On this occasion I should have took notice of the negative reviews.
