I bought this insert to support by baby on his weaning journey. At 6 months he was able to sit in it comfortably. It’s easy to wash too and dries pretty fast. Only downside is when I put him in it the feet get stuck a bit as the fabric grips so not a slide in like plastic or wood

I bought this item believing it was compatible with the 5 point harness. However there's no holes to feed it through. Therefore if you're wanting to use it with a harness then don't purchase.

Genial für die Zeit 4-9 (+...) Monate. Und ganz wichtiger Punkt: Es steht dran, der Sitzverkleinerer sei nicht waschbar. Nach ein paar Wochen sah er aber, wie man sich sicher denken kann, ganz ganz GANZ furchtbar dreckig aus, denn zumindest unser Baby hat große Freude daran, alles Essen überall abzuschmieren. Also habe ich mich gegen den Waschverbots-Hinweis hinweg gesetzt und das Teil im Schonwaschgang 20min gewaschen ohne zu schleudern. Wieder wie neu! Seither immer wieder gewaschen und immer wieder sauber. Die Stabilität bleibt auch erhalten. Wirklich super! Unser Kind ist sogar schon mehrfach drin eingeschlafen, weil es es so bequem fand!
